The Problem
"Johnny and Kevin both started this cycle with a 6-figure portfolio. Johnny and Kevin both ran to 7-figures before the $TRUMP coin. Johnny now has a 6-figure portfolio. Kevin now has an 8-figure portfolio. What happened? Kevin sold. Johnny did not. Johnny had no discipline.
Kevin knew it will be hard to sell during peak hype and he automated his exits at profit targets. Which in turn enabled him to buy the dips with size.
Johnny? Johnny is tired and anxious. Looking for the next lottery ticket. Johnny is not dumb. Johnny is smart. But Johnny is human, and prone to falling into the same psychological traps that even the best traders fall into.
Johnny is you. Johnny is me. Johnny is most of the market."
This cycle has shown for the most crypto traders that:
they don't have an edge they thought they have
they don't have a solid investment plan nor discipline to follow it (cut losses and take profit)
buy and hold a good coin doesn't work, i.e. prior cycle strategy is out of the window
outsourcing due diligence and conviction without knowing the whole trading strategy does not work
no one has any clue how well the KOLs or callers they follow actually perform and how big impact they have
trading crypto successfully part-time is almost impossible now
platforms enabling on-chain limit orders and more complex automations to tackle the above are too complex for most users
